wow buddy amazing one…count me in wanna see it again…also for all trekkers to inform that i had been to coorg, much before planning th trip i got this page from google, http://www.paradisecoorg.com, has everything latest pics.. it was easy 4 me to plan the trip..amazing page buddy.. hope its iusefull

Really was amazed and happy to see the details of this wonderful trek on various pages by your companions but had not seen your posting and was both thrilled and shocked to read about your experience, I liked your posting the most of all. @Jace @Aashish We might plan one in August as it will be really hot now in the summer. The plan is to do atleast one trek a month after that. Will keep you guys in the loop.

oh man!! thats quite a fall.. hope you are back in action soon.

Do let me know next time about the trek. Am on the verge of picking up a Nikon D80 or D90. D90 is hell expensive though!

@Vivek We got more adventure than we hoped for Thankfully fellow trekker Vikram had First Aid. That helped. Will add First Aid to my list now. BTW first time I had a fracture and stitches. Hopefully also the last time.

Well about the lens – another reason to buy a couple of lenses. But that was a very handy lens. No brain damage. CT Scan was clear. Now I have conclusive proof that I have a brain . So all doubters can rest

Woo! Dude, that’s an adventure and a half! Good to know that no permanent damage was sustained (err…maybe the brain…but we won’t dwell on it). As long as it ended well, you’ll look back on it in some time and laugh about it.

Do you guys carry first aid with you? I always do, get mocked by fellow hikers, but it’s fun seeing their faces when they come back to me with their tails between their legs.

Sorry about your lens, though.
